Stop, Look and Listen! 3 words ingrained in every child’s mind by their parents…and now a fashion house!
Confused? …not for long!
Anya Hindmarch’s last collection amazed the world with eye-catching Kellogg’s Cornflake tote bags and metallic crisp packet clutches. This season she went Street!
While at the show you would not have been criticized for feeling like you were in a British Transport convention, with models carrying totes and clutches with ‘Keep Left’, ‘Speed Bumps Ahead’ and one of the Coleman Douglas Pearl team’s favourite, a ‘Give Way’ sign clutch.
After surprising the audience with a display of road regalia everyone was wondering how such a show would end. …With an all-male chorus dressed in high-visibility jackets and trousers, donning white hard hats.
…it was different!
After seeing the show above our Pearl Company were curious to find out if any of the clutches, perhaps the golden ‘London Brick’ clutch, would appear at The Oscars or Brit awards.
Sadly there were none to be seen, but there was a spectacular collection of pearl covered gowns.
Lupita Nyong’o and Felicity Jones led the way at The Oscars both covered in pearls.
Lupita Nyong’o’s gown, seen on the left, was truly stunning, with pearls completely covering it from top to toe!
Fancy creating a similar look to Lupita?
