What a Week!

This week has been full of exciting drama. Military Flypasts, Celebrity Spotting and of course Wimbledon…thank goodness it’s the weekend!
Yesterday our Pearl Team, along with the rest of the country, watched the GB hopeful, Andy Murray, loose to the ‘King’ of tennis Roger Federer…it was one exciting, nail biting semi-final which ended all too soon.
So the big question is…Who will win? Federer or Djokovic?!

If you were after a relaxing weekend I’m afraid to say it might be sabotaged by the open air screenings of Wimbledon dotted around the city.
Fear not though, all is not lost, you can read this relaxing blog!

Another event that happened this week was the baptism of Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana. Taking place at a church on the Sandringham estate, the roads were filled with members of the public, desperately desiring a glimpse of the happy family.

Are you becoming a Godparent soon? Have you organised the christening gift?
Let our Pearl Company help you out with a few gift ideas.

Our freshwater pearl cross is a very popular choice with Christening gifts. Available on a freshwater seed pearl strand or suspended from a delicate ribbon, the little ‘princess’ will be able to wear it with pride as she grows up.

Alternatively you could select one of our Akoya Pearl strand necklaces, gifting a few pearls per year resulting in a full pearl necklace at 18 years old.

We have a range of akoya pearl sizes and colour hues, call into our London Pearl Showroom, where a member of our team can guide you to the one that will best suit the girl and budget!

Another option could be to choose 1 undrilled Tahitian or South Sea Pearl. The lucky girl, when she is older, can then make an appointment with our Pearl Designer and have a bespoke item of jewellery made up for her.

Whatever you choose for your little Godchild just remember…
