The exhibition is taking place in the Saatchi Gallery in Duke of York Square. A guaranteed star studded event.
When you think of Coco Chanel you probably think of her wearing an exquisitely tailored monochrome outfit, with a cloud of cigarette smoke looming in the air, and of course strand upon strand of pearls. But when you think of Karl Lagerfeld pearls are probably the last thing on your list, if it is on the list at all!… Until now!

Tahitian pearls, a firm favorite of our of Pearl Team, come in a range of stunning natural metallic colours, making them the obvious pearl of choice for men. Created in black lipped oysters that inhabit the waters around French Polynesia, Panama and Mexico, their colours are naturally dark and range from grey to black and peacock green to aubergine.

Pearls have never been a stranger in the Chanel fashion shows. Pearl earrings, pearl bracelets, and pearl necklaces, pearls are a Chanel/Life must. Just look at the freshwater pearl lariat on the left.
